This Cookie Policy explains how PAKOWIZ uses cookies, local storage, pixels, SDKs, tags, and similar technologies on its website and SaaS service. It should be read with the Privacy Policy.

Categories

• Strictly necessary: Login, session security, checkout, payment validation, fraud prevention, file delivery, exports, and core functionality. Used where needed to provide or secure the service; cannot be disabled through the preference centre where technically essential.
• Functional and preference: Measurement units, workspace layout, saved defaults, interface choices, and tool settings.
• First-party analytics and performance: Feature adoption, error diagnosis, load time, reliability, and aggregated product usage. Optional where required; used only after consent if configured as non-essential.
• AI Designer feature operation and safety: Session continuity, generation status, rate limiting, abuse prevention, moderation signals, saved preferences, error diagnosis, and reliability metrics; used where needed to provide, secure, and improve AI Designer features, with consent where required.
• Marketing and retargeting: Campaign attribution, advertising measurement, or retargeting (only enabled when appropriate consent controls are live).

Current Cookie and Technology Inventory

• Authentication & Session: Strictly necessary; used to maintain authenticated user sessions, auth state, and secure tokens.
• Workspace & Units: Functional; stores preferred units (mm, cm, inch) and panel configurations.
• AI Designer & 3D State: AI Designer session continuity, generation status, safety, rate limiting, and 3D preview scene state.

PAKOWIZ lists only technologies actually deployed. We confirm whether embedded payment pages or external domains set their own cookies.

Managing Preferences

Where optional cookies are enabled, users may accept, reject, or change them. Withdrawing optional consent is as easy as giving it. Browser settings may also block or delete cookies, but blocking strictly necessary technologies may prevent login, checkout, account access, file downloads, exports, or saved preferences.

Third Parties

Confirmed third parties that may set or receive cookie identifiers include authentication and infrastructure providers. Their processing is governed by their own privacy information. PAKOWIZ does not currently use advertising or retargeting cookies unless they are expressly listed and consent controls are live.
