PAKOWIZ is operated by Shridaay Technolabs. In this Policy, “PAKOWIZ”, “we”, “us”, and “our” mean Shridaay Technolabs operating the service.

India DPDP notice: For users in India, this Policy is intended to address the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and the Digital Personal Data Protection Rules, 2025. For India-facing privacy matters, Shridaay Technolabs acts as the Data Fiduciary for PAKOWIZ, users are Data Principals, and service providers processing personal data on our behalf may act as Data Processors.

Scope

This Policy explains how we collect, use, store, share, and protect personal data when you use our website, account features, SaaS die line generator, previews, uploads, exports, subscriptions, billing, support, and related services.

Personal Data We Collect

• Account and identity: Name, email, authentication data, company name, user role, preferences, and account identifiers.
• Usage and device: Selected features, box styles, dimensions, settings, export events, pages viewed, session events, browser/device details, IP address, approximate location, performance metrics, and diagnostic logs.
• Projects and content: Uploaded artwork, files, die line inputs, dimensions, material presets, project metadata, generated SVG/PDF/DXF or any other files, previews, and rendering data.
• AI Designer inputs and outputs: Prompts, reference images, uploaded artwork, style instructions, project settings, generated design drafts, AI-assisted concepts, moderation signals, and feedback where enabled.
• Billing: Billing name and address, tax information, plan, invoice, transaction status, and payment-processor reference. Full payment credentials are handled by the payment provider.
• Support and communications: Messages, attachments, screenshots, issue descriptions, service notices, and support history.
• Cookies and local storage: Session, security, preference, first-party analytics, and optional marketing identifiers as described in the Cookie Policy.

How We Collect Data

• Directly from you when you register, configure a project, upload content, purchase, or contact support.
• From AI Designer activity when you submit prompts, upload references, request generations, edit outputs, or provide feedback.
• Automatically from your browser, device, account activity, and service logs.
• From payment, authentication, hosting, support, email, infrastructure, or security providers where needed to operate the service.
• From an organisation that creates or administers an account for you.

Purposes of Processing

• Account and service delivery: Account details, authentication data, project inputs, files, export history, and service events.
• Payments and tax: Billing profile, plan, invoice, tax information, transaction status, and processor references.
• Support and troubleshooting: Account identifiers, support messages, screenshots, project details supplied for support, and diagnostic logs.
• Security and abuse prevention: IP address, device/session information, access logs, account activity, rate-limit events, and payment-risk indicators.
• Service reliability and improvement: Feature events, performance metrics, error logs, and aggregated or de-identified usage information.
• AI Designer operation and safety: Prompts, uploaded references, project settings, generated outputs, usage events, and feedback used to generate, refine, moderate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the AI Designer experience, subject to the training limits below.
• Communications: Email address, account status, service notices, billing notices, security alerts, and consented marketing preferences.
• Legal compliance: Records needed for tax, accounting, lawful requests, dispute handling, fraud prevention, and enforcement of agreements.

Grounds for Processing

We process personal data with consent where consent is required, for certain legitimate uses permitted by applicable law, to provide services or actions requested by you, and to comply with legal obligations. We do not rely on a general or unlimited “legitimate interest” to use personal data for unrelated purposes.

Notice and Consent

Where consent is required, the request will be clear, specific, informed, and linked to the stated purpose. Optional marketing and optional cookie consent will not be bundled with essential service acceptance. You may withdraw consent using the method provided in the service or by contacting us. Withdrawal does not affect processing already lawfully completed and may prevent features that require the relevant data.

Project Files and Confidential Content

We process uploaded, generated, and AI Designer content to provide the service, maintain account history where enabled, generate AI-assisted outputs when requested, secure the platform, provide support, and troubleshoot. We do not sell user designs or account information to data brokers. We do not use identifiable confidential artwork, proprietary design files, AI Designer prompts, uploaded references, project content, or generated outputs to train public or shared AI models. Where AI-powered features are provided through third-party AI service providers, customer content may be processed by those providers solely for the purpose of generating requested outputs and delivering the service. Such processing is subject to the applicable terms and privacy practices of the relevant AI service provider. We do not intentionally provide customer content for the purpose of training public or shared AI models unless you provide explicit opt-in consent through a separate and clearly presented consent mechanism. Project content is retained only for as long as necessary to provide the service, maintain account history where enabled, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce our agreements, and support security, backup, and recovery processes.

Where you request support, authorised personnel may access the minimum project content reasonably necessary to resolve your request. You are responsible for ensuring that you have authority to upload personal data, artwork, or third-party content.

Sharing

We may share the minimum information reasonably necessary with trusted service providers that support the operation of the Services, including hosting, infrastructure, payment processing, email delivery, customer support, security, communications, AI-powered features, content moderation, and related service functions. We may also share information with professional advisers, competent authorities where required by law, and a successor entity in connection with a lawful merger, acquisition, restructuring, or sale of assets.

When customer content is processed through third-party AI services, it is transmitted only as necessary to provide the requested functionality. The processing of such content by third-party AI providers remains subject to their applicable terms, policies, and privacy practices. We do not intentionally provide customer content for the purpose of training public or shared AI models unless you have expressly opted in through a clearly presented consent process.

International Processing

Depending on our service providers, infrastructure arrangements, and service configuration, personal data may be processed in countries other than the country in which you reside. We will take reasonable steps to comply with applicable legal requirements governing such processing.

Retention

We retain each category of personal data only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, to provide the service, maintain security and transaction records, resolve disputes, and comply with legal, tax, accounting, and regulatory requirements. Retention periods differ by category. Data is deleted, anonymised, or securely archived when no longer required, subject to applicable law, active disputes, and backup cycles. AI Designer prompts, uploaded references, generated drafts, safety/moderation events, and feedback are retained only as needed for service delivery, account history where enabled, troubleshooting, safety, dispute handling, legal compliance, or a user-selected save/history feature. Upon account deletion requests, project content and personal data will be deleted or anonymised within a reasonable period, unless retention is required for legal, security, fraud prevention, backup, dispute resolution, or compliance purposes.

A detailed internal retention schedule governs account data, transaction records, projects, support records, consent records, technical logs, and backups. We do not treat a generic three-year period as permission to retain every category of data.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures appropriate to our service and risk, which may include encryption in transit and at rest where appropriate, access controls, authentication, logging, monitoring, backup, secret management, vulnerability management, and appropriate vendor management measures where applicable. No online service can guarantee absolute security.

Personal Data Breaches

If we become aware of a personal data breach, we will investigate, contain, and remediate it and provide notifications to affected individuals and competent authorities in the form and within the periods required by applicable law.

Your Rights

Subject to applicable law and appropriate identity verification, you may request:

• A summary of personal data being processed and relevant processing activities.
• Information about other Data Fiduciaries and Data Processors with whom personal data has been shared, where applicable.
• Correction of inaccurate or misleading data, completion of incomplete data, and updating of data.
• Erasure where retention is not necessary for the specified purpose or legal compliance.
• Withdrawal of consent where processing is based on consent.
• Grievance redressal.
• Nomination of another individual to exercise applicable rights in the event of death or incapacity, where that right is in force and applicable.

Submit requests to support@pakowiz.com. Provide the registered email and enough information to identify the account and request. We may request proportionate identity verification and will respond within the period published in our grievance system and required by applicable law. We may refuse, limit, or defer a request where permitted or required by applicable law, including where fulfilling the request would adversely affect the rights of others, compromise security measures, or conflict with legal obligations.

Children

PAKOWIZ is intended for users who are at least 18 years old in India or the minimum age required by applicable law elsewhere. We do not knowingly offer accounts to children. If we learn that a child’s personal data has been collected without the required verifiable parental consent, we will restrict the account and delete the data unless retention is legally required. Cookies

We use cookies, local storage, and similar technologies as described in the Cookie Policy. AI Designer may use local storage or telemetry for session continuity, feature safety, rate limiting, preference saving, generation status, and reliability. Optional analytics or marketing technologies, if enabled, will be used with consent where required.

Changes

We may update this Policy. We will post the revised version with a new effective date and communicate material changes through the service, email, or another appropriate method where required.
