PAKOWIZ is a service operated by Shridaay Technolabs. PAKOWIZ is a brand and is not a separate company, partnership, LLP, private limited company, or independent legal entity.

Acceptance

By creating an account, selecting an unchecked acceptance box, purchasing a plan, or using an account-based feature, you agree to these Terms. If you act for an organisation, you represent that you are authorised to bind it. Website browsing alone does not create a paid subscription or recurring-payment authority.

Service

PAKOWIZ provides cloud-based tools for generating packaging die lines, two-dimensional previews, three-dimensional previews where offered, and files such as SVG, PDF, and DXF. Features, supported formats, limits, and plan entitlements are described on the applicable product or checkout page.

PAKOWIZ is an automated drafting and geometry tool. It is not a substitute for professional packaging engineering, material testing, print proofing, die-maker validation, machine compatibility testing, manufacturing certification, transport testing, or final production approval.

Accounts and Security

• Provide accurate account and billing information.
• Keep credentials confidential and restrict use to authorised users.
• Notify support@pakowiz.com promptly if you suspect unauthorised access.
• You are responsible for activity through your account until you notify us, except to the extent applicable law provides otherwise.

User Inputs and Production Responsibility

You are responsible for dimensions, flap settings, board thickness, material grade, flute direction, tolerances, machine settings, scale, line interpretation, file compatibility, and production decisions. Before commercial production, you must independently review the output, create and test a physical sample, and obtain any professional or manufacturing approvals required for your use.

We do not guarantee that an output will close, latch, carry a particular load, protect contents, survive transport, comply with a technical standard, or work with every printer, plotter, CAD/CAM system, die cutting machine, material, or workflow.

Ownership

You retain ownership of your original artwork, brand assets, uploads, custom dimensions, project content, and generated exports, subject to the limited licence below. Shridaay Technolabs retains ownership of PAKOWIZ, including its software, source code, interface, platform, algorithms, parametric calculations, box-style logic, templates, rendering systems, add-on features, portal features, website features, documentation, branding, trademarks, trade names, logos, goodwill, commercial value, economic value, and other product/IP assets.

Limited Licence to Operate the Service

You grant Shridaay Technolabs a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use your inputs and outputs only to the extent needed to operate the service. This includes hosting, processing, caching, storing, transmitting, displaying, rendering, and exporting that content so we can provide, secure, maintain, troubleshoot, and support PAKOWIZ, comply with law, and prevent misuse.

AI Designer and AI-assisted features: PAKOWIZ may offer AI-assisted tools for design, artwork, layout, text, style, packaging concepts, or workflow suggestions (“AI Designer”). When you use AI Designer, PAKOWIZ and its AI service providers may process your prompts, uploaded assets, project settings, dimensions, generated drafts, and related outputs to generate, refine, moderate, secure, troubleshoot, and operate the feature.

Model training and third-party AI providers: PAKOWIZ may use third-party artificial-intelligence service providers to operate AI Designer and related AI-assisted features. When you use these features, your prompts, uploaded assets, project settings, dimensions, generated drafts, and related outputs may be processed by those providers to deliver, secure, monitor, troubleshoot, and improve the feature. Where available, we use commercially reasonable settings, agreements, or provider controls intended to prevent identifiable confidential artwork, proprietary design files, and project content from being used to train public or shared AI models. However, third-party AI services are operated by their respective providers and may be subject to their own terms, privacy practices, technical limitations, and data-handling policies. We may use aggregated, de-identified, or synthetic technical and usage information to improve reliability, safety, abuse prevention, and functionality.

Your responsibility for AI outputs: AI Designer outputs are automatically generated and may be inaccurate, incomplete, similar to third-party content, or unsuitable for production. You are responsible for reviewing outputs, confirming that you have rights to any uploaded inputs, testing packaging designs before production, and obtaining any professional, manufacturing, brand, or regulatory approvals required for your use.

Acceptable Use

• Do not use the service unlawfully or infringe third-party rights.
• Do not reverse engineer, decompile, scrape, copy, extract, or clone platform logic, templates, calculations, or protected assets except where applicable law expressly permits.
• Do not use bots, headless browsers, scripts, or automated harvesting outside a feature or API expressly authorised by us.
• Do not bypass access controls, usage limits, rate limits, payment controls, or security features.
• Do not share credentials with unauthorised persons, resell account access, upload malware, disrupt the service, or misrepresent outputs as certified or approved by PAKOWIZ.

Subscriptions and Payments

Prices, taxes, billing cycles, usage limits, credits, renewal terms, supported currencies, and available payment methods are displayed at checkout. Payments may be processed by one or more third-party payment providers, including domestic or international providers, which may change from time to time. Foreign payments may be subject to currency conversion, bank charges, card network fees, local taxes, or payment provider terms. We do not store full card, UPI, bank-account, or other payment credentials handled by those providers.

A subscription renews automatically only where you have affirmatively authorised recurring billing. Cancellation stops future renewals after it becomes effective. Refunds and remediation are governed by the Refund and Cancellation Policy.

Third-Party Services

We may use service providers for hosting, payments, email, support, security, monitoring, and infrastructure. Their services may be subject to their own terms. We remain responsible for our own obligations and do not promise uninterrupted availability of third-party systems.

Beta Features

Beta or experimental features may be incomplete, inaccurate, changed, restricted, or discontinued. Do not use a beta feature for production-critical work unless we expressly state that it is production-ready.

Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for non-payment, material breach, fraud, scraping, account sharing, security threats, unlawful use, or conduct creating material risk. Where reasonably possible, we will provide notice and an opportunity to cure, except where immediate action is required to protect users, systems, legal rights, or payment integrity.

You may stop using the service and cancel future renewal under the Refund and Cancellation Policy. Account closure does not erase records that must be retained for legal, tax, accounting, fraud-prevention, security, or dispute purposes.

Disclaimers

The service is provided “as is” and “as available” to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation, production suitability, fitness for a particular purpose, or compatibility with every third-party system, material, or machine. Nothing in these Terms excludes a warranty or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Shridaay Technolabs and its proprietor, personnel, contractors, and agents will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive loss, including lost profit, lost revenue, data loss, business interruption, printing cost, cutting-die cost, any material cost and/or waste, recall cost, dispatch failure, or third-party manufacturing loss arising from the service or a failure to test outputs.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, total liability for claims relating to the service will not exceed the amount paid for the affected service during the three months before the event giving rise to the claim or INR 2,000, whichever is greater. Nothing in these Terms limits liability or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

Indemnity

To the extent permitted by law, you will indemnify Shridaay Technolabs against third-party claims, losses, and reasonable costs arising from your unlawful use or misuse of the service, breach of these Terms, infringement of third-party rights, unauthorised content, or production decisions made without required review and testing. This does not require you to indemnify us for our own unlawful conduct or a matter for which indemnity cannot lawfully be required.

Changes

We may update the service and these Terms. We will post the revised Terms with a new effective date. Material changes affecting an existing paid subscription or prepaid right will be communicated or implemented as required by law and will not retrospectively remove an accrued non-waivable right.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to any mandatory consumer or other applicable jurisdiction, courts in Ahmedabad, Gujarat will have jurisdiction over disputes relating to these Terms or the service.
